Who we are

Studio Sunday makes films for property. This policy covers the information we collect through this website and through any inquiry you send us.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you use the contact form or write to us, we receive your name, email address, company if you give one, and whatever you tell us about your project.
• Basic technical data. Our host records standard server information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested. We use it only to keep the site running and secure.

How the contact form works

The contact form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a service that forwards what you enter to our email inbox. FormSubmit processes your submission only to deliver it to us. If you would rather not use the form, email hello@studiosndy.com directly.

What we do with it

• Reply to you and scope the work.
• Plan, schedule and deliver a production you have commissioned.
• Issue invoices and keep the records we are obliged to keep.
• Maintain and improve this website.

We do not sell your information, and we never pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

Marketing

If we add you to a mailing list we will say so at the moment we take your address, and every message carries an unsubscribe link. You can leave at any time.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not become projects are kept only as long as they are useful, then deleted. Project records are held for as long as accounting and legal obligations require.

Footage

Rights to the material we produce — where it may be shown, how, and for how long — are set by the licence in your production agreement, not by this policy. If you would rather a project stayed off our public channels, say so and we will treat it as private.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Should analytics be added later, this section will name the tool and explain how to opt out.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it erased. Write to us and we will see to it.
